When you place an order, we’ll send a confirmation—but that doesn’t always mean it’s a done deal. Sometimes, things happen (like stock running low or orders flagged for review), and we may need to cancel or adjust your order. If that happens, we’ll reach out using the info you gave us.

We also reserve the right to:

  •  Limit how many items you can buy (especially on high-demand drops)
  • Pause or stop orders from certain locations or accounts
  • Cancel orders that seem to be placed by resellers or bots
  • Discontinue products at any time, for any reason
  • Your order is officially accepted once it ships. If we cancel part of it or send less than expected, don’t worry—you’ll only be charged for what actually goes out.

Need to make a change? Reach out ASAP—we’ll do our best, but we can’t promise edits or cancellations after your order’s been processed or shipped.

Authorized Channels Only: BÉIS products are sold exclusively on our website and through a select group of trusted retailers.

Further, we’re only able to process returns or exchanges for purchases made through our site or authorized partners. Orders placed on other platforms or through unauthorized sellers (including international sites) aren’t eligible.
