We believe in our products so if you’re not satisfied with your order placed through www.uk.beistravel.com, we will find a solution for you. All products can be returned within 45 days (with the exception of sale items). We do not currently offer exchanges or store credit. Products must be unused and with original tags attached. The customer is responsible for the total cost to ship the product back to the BEIS warehouse. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to process once products are received and inspected.
