Awkward strap design
"I like the quality, size, and pockets, but it’s terribly uncomfortable to try to use it as a backpack. I always need to lay it down somewhere to put on both straps at the same time, or ask someone to hold it while I awkwardly struggle to get both arms in. The “hybrid” design was not very well thought out. It needs some hooks on the strap to hold it in place when you want to use it as a backpack. Plus it has no structure and weirdly collapses if you’re not carrying a lot of stuff."
Awkward bag. I regret the purchase.
"This bag looked cute in the FB ads but had enough issues that I regret the purchase. When wearing it as a backpack, it sits in a very awkward position with the bag almost looking folded and the opening in a questionable spot where I think things may fall out. When wearing it as a purse, it’s a bit better but I wish it kept its round shape. The laptop pocket gives it a weird flat side."

"So this bag is beautiful. It’s well made and seems efficient. But using it as a backpack with my long hair is a nightmare. My hair gets caught in the strap everytime i move to take it off. It’s so annoying."
