"Absolutely love the quality, the color, the space, the bags included, the weight detector and the TSA lock. The fact that you can pack more with the expandable, then zip it up, really does allow you to pack more! I bought the maple color with covers, then went and had them monogrammed! This made the dread of packing actually fun! Do yourself a favor- buy this!!"

"Very disappointed that it does not have the snap in divider that fits under the strap side of the luggage. The snaps are there, but the divider is not included with this piece like it is in the large check-in bag. . Without this divider, unless you have your clothes in a compression bag, they potentially fall out from under the straps. Emailed customer service a couple of times regarding the divider, not being included even though the snaps for it are present in the bag and they have not been able to confirm whether or not it should have been included."
Great Collaboration
"We have an entire luggage set but bought the Disney Collab for our Disney trip. Super happy with the suitcase. The only thing we are disappointed is that there is no longer a a top laying divider, just straps. Definitely prefer the previous version."
Still Love BÉIS, But I Miss the Compression Flap
"I absolutely love BÉIS and have been a loyal customer for years, which is why I was so disappointed to find out the compression flap was removed from the new Medium Check-In. It was one of my favorite features on my original Carry-On. It kept everything secure, made packing so much easier, and felt like one of those thoughtful details that set BÉIS apart. The new suitcase is still beautiful, but I really hope you consider bringing the compression flap back. It was such a small detail that made a big difference."

Great product - wrong size
"I love all things Beis and while I'm sure this is another 5 star product, I am rating it a 3 because it was meant to replace a broken luggage I had but turns out it's a different size. The broken one is the 29" large and this olive replacement that was sent to me is a 26" medium. Still waiting to hear back from Beis customer service team."
