"I purchased this backpack 3 years ago for work and loved it so much. I got compliments all the time and the beige stayed surprisingly clean (other than the bottom)! Perfect interior and exterior pocket placement and really liked the flat pockets to hold random papers. Unfortunately, the zipper on the laptop sleeve broke recently and I think the cost to have it repaired will be nearly as expensive as getting a decent replacement from a less expensive retailer - so will be retiring my beloved Beis. Had the zipper lasted I would have been using this bag for work and plane travel for many more years."

The expandable zipper is a lifesaver as someone who shops a lot on my trips. The bag is so durable and sturdy I would have expected it to break or get a hole by now but there is no sign of that happening anytime soon!
