Amazing- Tiny Improvements please!

"I absolutely LOVE this carrier! My 18 lb chunk gets so very heavy to carry through the airport and the backpack straps are so perfect. I can tell he’s so much comfier than previous carriers with the pop out and I love the design and color! My only feedback is that if you could add corner snaps to the fuzzy bottom it would be a huge improvement to keep it in place when going from carry to backpack mode and also when dog gets squirmy! Also more reinforcement on the back or bottom section when in backpack mode! Overall would still 100% buy again. Great product!"

It’s cute and spacious. I

"It’s cute and spacious. I am glad it has the luggage pocket. With that said, it was very loose in my handles so I wish it had some sort of a bottom maybe so that I can make it a bit tighter around each “pole”. My other issue is that when I wear it as a backpack, the bottom collapses and the dog is slanted. That part could use a huge improvement. Otherwise it travelled well and being soft sided. Note: For delta state that the dimensions are 11"H x 18"L x 10" W instead of 11"H x 18" W x 10" D. I had the worst agent arguing that length and width can be interchanged in this case since I could just flip which way the pet carrier gets pushed under the seat."

Worked like a dream for

"Worked like a dream for bringing our 10 wk old puppy, Bindi, from Utah to our Crikey Doodle home in Ga!!! 🫶:skin-tone-3: It was a 4 hr flight and she just chilled with the padded bottom. It has lots of compartments for all your puppy needy. And I love that it fits securely in your suitcase. Two thumbs up for this not so BÉISIC pet carrier!"

Cute but not practical for air travel.

"I was really excited to receive this carrier before traveling with my cat. However, the first one I received had stains everywhere and very loose threads sticking out from the seams. Beis was quick to respond and sent me a new one - however upon traveling, the carrier didn't quite fit under the seat. Because the bag is higher on one side, I had to squish it under which restricted my pet's space. It might be considered "TSA" approved, but definitely doesn't work for most airlines. It's very cute and I love the compartments in it, but definitely wouldn't recommend buying this carrier if your main purpose is to use it on planes."

Disappointing

"First off, the carrier was shipped in a bag, not a box. It was all sunken in when it arrived and had no structure. The pockets were a nice idea, but it takes away from side views/entry for the pet. All you can do is put the pet in from the top, when it is way more convenient when they can go in/out the sides by themselves which you can’t with this bag. Our Petco one is much better value and a fraction of the price of this one. Ended up returning which was pretty disappointing given the price and return costs."

So versatile!

"I absolutely love this bag! Its expansion window is perfect for extra space for my dog, Toby. There’s a lot of room for Toby to relax and there’s enough room to hold my personal items, too. This bag has functionality too, because I can carry it as a backpack too, which is so cool! I love the overall versatility!"

"Works well when it’s a backpack but now it won’t stay on my suitcase because it is it strong enough it’s too collapsible so it slides off"

The carrier is too small

"The carrier is too small for my medium size cat. The carrier is not sturdy enough to hold him and he is not a large cat. Also the backpack style is not functional. The bottom is not flat to hold him in that position, the bottom folds with the contour of your back and he ends up resting on your back like a baby carrier. Not impressed at all, very disappointed. I haven’t been on a plane with it yet so I hope it will fit although it doesn’t look like it will. Also there are not enough ventilation windows for him, there is only one on the side and the opening on the top. Very disappointed."
