I was worried of my shoulders as I noticed there weren’t paddings on the arms but this works like magic. For a long time I used the longchamp large tote but it just wasn’t doing enough (no pun intended) I’m really grateful for this bag and will consider getting another one or the commuter tote for daily use and travel as well. It really is so versatile and holds A LOT! The netting that comes out is great for shoes or a spare sweater. It holds my 15inch laptop easily. I adore the hidden phone pocket. "I love the bag and all the nice little features and compartments. size is good. However, I only had my 13” laptop, a notebook, a small tube of cream, snack, 2 water bottles (16. 9 oz) pens, a bunch of small little things as such. , and it wasn’t heavy but the handles do dig into your shoulder and did result in a bruise. Ouch. Will continue to use but just without laptop. Sad because that’s the main reason for purchase. (Nursing student)"
