"I got this bag for my daughter. She owned a black one which she was using for years every day and when travelling. These bags not only very attractive, but also very resilient and most practical. I noticed that the part of the straps that go on the shoulder are slightly broader on the new bag, which is an excellent improvement, even though this bag is so perfect that you could not imagine anything could be improved. Well done, BEIS!"
"I truly love the bag. I have had my eye on it for awhile. 1st day carrying it--I left the conference room and was told people were checking it out and looking it up online. It is a sharp bag, roomy. The only reason I took a star--it is a little different than expected when I watched reviews. The trolly pocket had an extra zippered pocket for passport/phone---mine does not. Inside organization a bit different than the reviews I watched and expected. With that said-I would still buy it over and over."
