Great structure, but irritating!

"I got the black croc one for a work bag. I reallyyyy wanted to love it. It looks clean and polished, and I absolutely love the structure of this bag. I like all the different pockets/slots/ key holder, and it fit my 13" macbook perfectly. HOWEVER, I don't take public transit, I drive to work but I was still irritated by it. The straps on it were not the best --- I wouldn't say it was painful, but I hated the feeling of the straps being so thin. Maybe the right word is "uncomfortable". I want to keep it, but I'm rethinking that."
